Gin de Las Californias
Two countries, one spirit. Las Californias is a range of gins made with botanicals from two neighboring countries—the United States and Mexico. Hyper-local foraging across this border resulted in the perfect harmony—from the colder waters in Alta which provide the most flavorful kelp, to a more floral White Sage in the dry deserts of Baja.
DISTILLED WITHOUT BORDERS
By exploring the wild, vast ecosystem of this unified biological corridor, we discovered that the artificial lines which we thought divided us never, in fact, existed. Las Californias is a range of gins for the next generation of social gatherers who see beyond imposed barriers and understand that by transcending borders we experience a more enriched life.
We went in search of the perfect flavor profile by foraging botanicals across these two countries, and as we experimented distilling these discoveries, we bore witness to how each ingredient became part of a greater sum in the final recipe, superior to any single part.

Bright and citrusy with hints of forest flavors and a slightly golden, juicy finish.
